Tamagoyaki seasoning (玉子焼き)

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp dashi
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp mirin
  • 2 pinch kosher/sea salt (use half if using table salt)

Directions

  1. Gently whisk the eggs in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, combine the seasonings and mix well.
  3. Pour the seasonings mixture into the egg mixture and whisk gently.
